Icons at the top of the workspace

I have just upgraded to PSP 2023 Ultimate.
In the wide toolbar directly below the menu items, the one where tool seetings show when different tools are selected, I used to have a few icons that saved me a lot of time - resize, zoom in or out, save as, and so on.
In PSP 2023 I cannot see how to place icons on that toolbar. I can, of course, get to all the functions through the menus but for someone processing a lot of pictures that is much, much slower.
Help please.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You will want to make sure you are in the Complete workspace and not Essentials. Right-click anywhere on the interface and select Workspace - Complete. You will now be able to right-click - Customize and add the icons you want.
