Strange color issues within workspace PSP 2023

Hi folks, I am having an interesting situation that corel help has not been able to address. I have been using PSP23 for a couple months now, after using various editions of the software in the past. In the last few days I have noticed that in the workspace, colors aren't displaying properly. Everything has a blue hue to it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the software to defaults (twice, once with support) and still have the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The screenshots should explain what is happening pretty well.


This is a screenshot showing a stock image from PSP23 and everything is 100% factory settings in the software. Note the blue hue that isn't present in the preview image.


This is me editing the photo. White is showing up as 255,255,255 but clearly isn't displaying as white. (screenshot)


I saved the poorly drawn modified image and this is what it output, perfectly fine. (not a screenshot, actual uploaded .jpg)


I pasted the Screenshot into PSP23 and used the dropper tool, and it clearly is showing that the "white" isn't white.

Any help would be appreciated. I think it may have something to do with HDR but I have tried troubleshooting with the feature off and on but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Try turning off color management to see if that helps.( File -> Color Management)

Wow, that fixed it completely. Thank you so much.

I have no idea why it worked until a few days ago, as I have never used the color management function in the past. Even resets didn't help. Thank you!
