The issue is when I try to make a menu in videoStudio 2021 and 2022 the system crashes when I go to save the menu. This happen on all the of my computers, Win11 desktop,
win10 desktop and a win 10 laptop. VideoStudio 2018 and 2020 work fine they do not crash after saving the menu and the menu work fine.
See attached are zip files with the videos of VideoStudio 2022 crashing after saving a menu that was made and VideoStudio 2020 working fine after saving the menu that was made.
I have contacted Corel support and they have not come uo with a solution as of yet. They told me that the ticket is in level 2 support, but I have not heard from then in over a month.
Has anyone seen this issue or even better have a solution?
