PSP shuts down when trying to load file

PSP shuts down when trying to load file
I was using PSP 2022 with no issues. My computer did an update. I think it was an Intel update, but I'm not sure. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Since the update, PSP will load, but when I try to create or open a file, the program terminates. I upgraded to PSP 2023 hoping that would fix the issue, but it did not.

Welcome to the forum.
Have you tried resetting either -- or both -- VS 2022 or 2023? To do so, close it if it is open. Then hold down the Shift key and click on the desktop icon to restart PSP. You should be asked if you want to reset. Say OK. Make sure you first save any workspace you may have modified. Otherwise it will be lost in the reset.

Thanks for the response. I tried the reset, and that didn't help.
