Given my prior thread on this topic (https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?t=69953) has been locked - held hostage to some sort of dispute over forum rules between other participants - I was hoping version 2.0 may enable anyone who has any suggestions that can help identify the problem or a viable solution to be able to reply. Definitely not a newbie to Video Studio here, I'm very familiar with the product and its features having now used it over the last 8 years with version X7 so I'm at a total loss now that I've upgraded and cannot successfully produce a 45 second project with 3 video clips and track motion blurring added to each. The feature is nothing new over X7. How you apply it, save it...the only thing that has changed in my 8 years producing content with Video Studio is that this is the first project since installing VS 2022 on my new laptop. I feel quite confident the issue isn't the laptop or how I'm creating and saving the project... it has to be an issue within Corel. The same sort of bug that randomly shuts the program down every now and then.

Re: Track motion / blur 2.0
Kris,
You might want to uninstall VS 2022 first and run the clean-up tool a couple of times to remove any remnants. https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?t=59847
This way you can start from the beginning to see if you're experiencing the same issues like before. Maybe something went awry with your first installation.

Re: Track motion / blur 2.0
Hi conrail6055,
I have the same version of Videostudio as you. After I track motion, I not only save the project but I save the custom tracking by selecting "save to path library". This is the fifth icon on the bottom left corner of the motion tracking control screen just above the name of the tracker. When I close and reopen the project all the tracking information is still there . I hope this helps.

Re: Track motion / blur 2.0
Thanks, Vdanny, for the suggestion. I tried this as well with another 30 second project and am getting the same results... none of the tracking has saved. I'm going to uninstall the entire program and try re-installing once more.Vdanny wrote: ↑Tue Apr 25, 2023 12:54 am Hi conrail6055,

Re: Track motion / blur 2.0
This evening I uninstalled VS 2022 and had to call Corel in order to get the digital download link reactivated. Once the uninstall was complete, I shut down my laptop, rebooted and reinstalled it. Once reinstalled, I launched VS 2022 and attempted a new project. I again only have three clips added to the timeline that are 10 seconds long. I applied track motion blurring to the first clip, saved the new project and exited out of VS. When I re-opened the project, the first clip still had the track motion blurring applied. FINALLY! So I then added track motion blurring to the second clip in the timeline. I saved the project and exited out of VS. When I re-opened the project, the first clip still had the track motion blurring applied, but the second clip did not. WHAT!?! So, I added the track motion blurring to the second clip once more and saved the project as a new file name. Exited VS, re-opened the new file name, the first clip has it applied, the second does not.rwernyei wrote: ↑Sun Apr 23, 2023 1:25 am Kris,

I have no words. I give up on VS 2022.

Re: Track motion / blur 2.0
Hi Kris,
That is certainly odd and frustrating behavior and not what I experience using VS2022 on my build. Now that you have it at least partially working do you think it is worth trying to save the custom paths again to see if it makes any difference to the new issue?

Re: Track motion / blur 2.0
Tried it again tonight with another new project of three, ten second long clips. Added track motion to 2 of the 3 clips, saved each to the custom path library, thin blue line at the top of the clip in the timeline and yellow star appears in both of the clips, save the project, exit VS, open the project, all clips are reset back to no yellow star, no blue line, no track motion whatsoever. Click on the Motion Path's icon, though, and there sit the custom tracking paths that were created. Why in the world are they not saving to the clips in the timeline!?!?!Vdanny wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 3:32 am Hi Kris,
