Won't open files from Sony A9

Hi.

I have been using AfterShot Pro for years. It has worked fine with ARW files from a Sony A6500.

I recently bought an A9. AfterShot will open neither ARW nor JPG files from that camera, even though Windows Explorer, IrfanView and all ARW-capable apps can open both those files from the A9.

Files from both cameras are stored on the same HDD. AfterShot still opens files from the A6500.

Any ideas?
