Hi, why I have this message? It's the demo version from your site.
Should I format HDD and reinstall Windows to have Paint Shop working?

A common option is to create a new admin user on your computer and use that user to install the program.

It sounds a bit weid, creating an user means generate other thousands of files on windows, just to have it working.
I renunce, I hope Corel developers will put more attention on their installers, these problems should be corrected by it

1. Apply the specific Clean Up Tool :

2. Load the trial again.

3. Install the trial. I suggest you don't modify the default drive.
