Apologies but we have not heard of a date for an update patch for Video Studio 2023.
I am hoping they are working on bugs and a fix will be provided, eventually
csiman, in the meantime did you try the workround of applying Customise Motion which seems to fix the missing corners.

Re: VS 2023, corner of my overlay pictures are cut off
Hey @lata or anyone/other moderators,
Is there any way to get into direct contact with Corel or now Alludo? This is ridiculous. No ticket log to show whether they are working on a fix or not?
The "workaround" may work for a few dozen photos. I have over 1200 in my project and stupid me I upgraded from 2021 to 2023 and continued working on my project for several days before I realized this corner bug and of course VS2023 is not backwards compatible with VS2021.
I don't think a bug that's been around for 6 months now should take this long to fix.
@COREL / @ALLUDO : Please fix your software and respect people that have already purchased your software rather than all this "buy an upgrade" and upsell crap we constantly see. Bunch of god-damned hacks is what this software is.
Someone please fix this bloody software so I can finish my project and be done with you.
@WARNING/CAUTION to anyone wanting to purchase Video Studio now and probably into the future unless they fire all their developers and rewrite from scratch..... Support is beyond garbage and the software looks really cool and works really well for simple projects (when there are no bugs like this), but for anything substantial or if you don't want to get disappointed with crashes and failed projects, I suggest look elsewhere for a more stable software.
It's been many years of frustration with no resolution or support from Corel. Have a look at all my previous rants. TBH, I've never reeled on a company this much ever, especially as a Canadian against a Canadian company. How they are in business is beyond a mystery.
Good luck all with your frustration.
