How to make a complaint to Corel re VideoStudio Support

I eventually contacted Corel Support in December 2021 it has taken Corel nearly 16 months for them to finally give me the 2023 Version: at my insistence.

Even this latest version I believe has a slight glitch I haven’t as yet received a reply to my email reporting it but the new program has only been installed 24 hours.

Since my initial contact I have contacted them on many dozens of chats, wasting my time having to repeat all details each time,

Corel have taken over my computer reinstalled VideoStudio 2020 3 times at least, but not completely removing the previous versions at least twice

Eventually loading the 2023 version

I asked many times for copies of transcript, the vast majority have not arrived

Whenever I have asked Corel for contact details of their complaints department, they state Corel does not have one!?
