I seems to me that VS don't have the capability to edit the audio and video channel timeline seperately.
Is it true ??

How can I reduce the audio delay from a Video file captured by a TV card ??

If you right click on the video in the timeline and choose "Split Audio" the sound track from your video will be extracted and put in the audio track - you can then move or cut the audio track however you wish.

if you capture your audio as LPCM instead of MPG audio this seems to help.

problem your audio file will be quite large and your video lower quality.

if you can convert the LPCM track to AC3. you need to buy the update pack to do this in VS8. DVD WS2 has the facility.
