Wondering why I don't snap shots taken from the video in the User Folder when working in VS.
I can find the in Windows Folder in Documents. But when I press "Take a snapshot" it looks like nothing happened.
Any suggestions?

Re: VS 2023 Ultimate Snap Shot: Snap Shots not visible in the folder
Welcome to the forum.
I have just used the snapshot function under Edit in VS 2023. I had inserted a random mp4 video into the timeline and moved the marker to the point where I wanted the snapshot and clicked on Take a Snapshot. Nothing appeared to happen, but a snapshot appeared in the library window to the right of the preview screen with a name from Video Studio's strange naming system: VS230328-001.jpg (230328 of course being today's date though not in a format used here in the southern hemisphere...)
I then right clicked that image and in the dropdown menu selected Locate on Computer. It took me to C:\Users\[MyName]\Documents\Corel VideoStudio Pro\26.0. Now you say you can find the relevant folder in Documents, but I am hoping you realize that VS2023 is in fact the 26th version of VideoStudio, so you would look in the sub-folder labeled 26.

Re: VS 2023 Ultimate Snap Shot: Snap Shots not visible in the folder
I found the problem. Just didn't pay attention on myself. The filter (Video/Images/Audio) on the top of the screen was set to show (Video/ - /Audio) and didn't show the images.
Thank you for reply. That will help to find files outside VS.
