Plugin?

I purchased Video Studio 9 on Sept 4th. For some reason, I wasn't being allowed allowed to download the "free" plugin ... now it tells me I've tried 5 times. I've never downloaded it even once ... Any guidance? I sent an email to support but still haven't heard anything ....

I think you'll wind up having to go through Ulead -- in addition to the file itself, you also need an activation code that must be entered when the setup program for the plugin is run.

I sure hope that Ulead changes the delivery method quickly, alot of people use some form of popup blocking these days. What they did is incredibly shortsighted and bound to be a huge drain on their support resources.

I received the same message until I registered VS 9 from Ulead's site. After I registered, I was able to download the plugin.

If you are having problems downloading the HDV and MP4 plugins, please send an email to ronald@ulead.com. He is trying to debug the download site.
