Corel VS 2023 Ultimate and NewBlue Titler Pro 5

I just edited a video and placed a title with NewBlue Titler Pro 5.
I realized that if I render in XAVC 1080p the part of the title is rendered as blank screen.
Any idea?

From March 29th to April 11th, Corel service to solve this problem
I gave various instructions, but I couldn't solve it, and yesterday I received support through remote support.
He mobilized all methods for 2 hours and 30 minutes, but was unsuccessful and raised to level 2.
Here is the engineer's answer. VS2023 and NewBlue Titler Pro 5 keep crashing, as of now
There seems to be no way.

After installing VS2023, the same crash occurs in all previous versions.
Going back to VS2022, NewBlue Titler Pro 5 is not available.

Hello Seong,

My apologies for the delay.

Thank you for your patience and for your assistance with the remote session yesterday. Further to our session, the following steps were performed:

Steps performed:

1. Uninstalled and cleaned up all versions of Vs from X2 to 2023 (all these versions were installed including ULEAD versions of VS)
2. Cleanup tools ran twice for each version.
3. NewBlue FX program, Boris FX programs and all Graffiti plugins were removed.
4. Removed all remnants of Video Studio and plugin folders still on the client’s PC.
5. Reinstalled VS 2023 only. (Did not use the scenic Install route)
6. Restored Purchases and reinstalled all additional store items.
7. NewBlue filters reinstalled.
8. Tested the program.
8.1 Tested the plugin in both scenarios having both Smart proxy and Hardware encode and decode enabled and disabled.
Enabled – the plugin worked however, the picture in the preview stopped and the resulting exported file was damaged.
Disabled – Video crashes after adding the plugin with any preset.

We have noticed that Nvidia 2060 Ti Graphics card is not communicating with the NewBlue Titler Plugin and is thus causing Video Studio to crash. Please note that we are working on an alternative solution to Newblue working off your internal graphics card. I have escalated the matter internally and we are actively looking into the matter. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Again, I want to personally thank you for your patience and understanding in resolving the matter.

Any fix for the issue. I have paid more to have this FX in the bundle and now I can not use it.
Really Corel there is not even one new release with no issue.
It really effects my workflow.

It should be noted that this problem does not just affect Alludo, other providers also have similar issues with New Blue
