Undefined external error [19711:9:3]

I'm a former Video Studio Pro X7 user who finally upgraded to Ultimate 2022 and ran into my first issue with the program. I have about 10 minutes worth of a video produced and opened the program tonight to continue working on it but when I hit the play button it goes about 1/10 second and stops. Nothing happens. If I try playing one of the tracks in the timeline I get an error that says, "Corel Video Studio. Undefined external error [19711:9:3]" I scoured online but cannot come up with anything that explains what the heck this means, what causes it or how to fix it. Anyone have any insight they can share please?

What are the properties of the video and audio clips in your project? If you right click on one of the video and audio clips in the timeline, there is an option to get its properties.

Also what is the source of the video files and audio files if you have added any separately? What editing you have done to them?

As immediate actions, you could try:

1. Creating a support ticket (https://www.videostudiopro.com/include/ ... rm/en.html)
2. Removing video and audio clips one at a time and see if the problem resolves.

Thanks for the suggestions! Whatever the issue was, it seemed to work itself out because when I opened the program today, everything now works fine.
