Problem with GRFX in psp 2020

DISSOLVED See first replay, because there seems to be 2 ways to repair it.

I got a question from someone else about GRFX in psp 2023.
So I installed version 2020 ultimate again together with the GRFX plugin.
When I start that plugin I got a message, see image. But grfx starts but keep hanging. Even when I start it as standalone application.

And at last a message

Network error Application cannot continue.

I am working with windows 11
Can that be the problem ?

STRANGE
There seems 2 ways to get it working again.
First one: I still had the seup files from 2020 with GRFX in it and got yesterday message it should work. Installed it again and classic version works.
Second one: Contact corel support and you get a new link to download a working version (also the classic one)
The company Autofx does not exist anymore. So it is not possible to get a PRO version.

I too had this problem with GRFX, I have the full pro standalone version.
I did RUN>>> %temp%>>> select all and delete. there will be some items it cannot remove so chose skip all.
After that all worked fine.
