I received AfterShot 3 with PSP2019 and after a computer upgrade it won't load. At all. All I get is a splash screen and then nothing. So, I figured I'd try a trial version of AfterShot 3 Pro, same thing: I see the splash screen and then nothing. Squat. Nada, Zip. Zilch.
I'm using:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
OS build 19044.2604
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
Any suggestions welcomed!
