Can PSP Convert A Color Photo Negative Into A Printable Photo?

Hi - I'm using PSP 2019. I have an old "orange" color photo negative from the 1970s that I'd like to print as a color photo. Is there any way PSP can turn that negative into a printable color image? Thanks!

Image -> Negative

That can do the initial conversion but there may be an orange color cast that needs to be cleaned up.

I suppose that you have photographed the negative.
When the Image -> Negative is done, apply -> Adjust -> Smart Photo Fix, and in the Preview window, click on a white, a gray, and a black area.
Then eventually apply -> Adjust -> Color -> Fade correction
