Why Are There Audible "Pops" In Rendered Audio??
I'm using VideoStudio 2018. While putting together a video including some MP3 music, I noticed that in the rendered MP4 video, there are audible "pops" throughout the music. Although the pops are not really loud, they're obvious and annoying. Can anyone explain why this is happening and how to correct it? Thanks!

It's possible you have mp3 music made with the LAME codec which VS does not like. Try converting the mp3 to standard wav and put that in your project and render, and see if the pops are still there.

Ken, your suggestion WORKED! Thanks SO much! And I'll remember about the LAME codec, which was pretty 'lame" in this case!
