Hi guys, I primarily use PSP for scrapbooking and designing. It has been years since I designed, and I am dabbling getting back into it.
I can't for the life of me remember how to make this.
I used to have a lot of filters and plugins which I don't have any more. I can't remember if I used plugins to create these or if the standard PSP would get it done.
Basically, I want to put polka dots in a circle formation like this:
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
