Speech to text add language issue

I was trying to use the speech to text feature, I want to use a German video, so when I selected the German for the first time a new popup window show up asking me to download the German package, I did click the download and before I click the installation button, I clicked back (I thought that was done).

Now I have the German package still need to be installed, but it is not in the list anymore, I did the same steps with the Italian to make sure of the issue and yes same happened
I have no idea how to install the language who are not list in my speech to text languages list

Note: I uninstall the whole application and install it again, but the list was before seems they are in the system somewhere, so I used the official cleaning tools but same results

Any ideas thoughts?

And welcome to the forums

Once you download / install any pack from the Welcome – Store that item is moved to the My Library gallery.
You should be able to locate the German language pack.
