I am pretty sure that this subject has been discussed several time in the forum but I am writing again since I am really pissed of. I will almost cry.
In VS2022 I have a project 4k 30 FPS. My source files are 4k 30 FPS. And the audio is a separate wav. It is a multicam edit with 4 cams and I am using smart proxy for 40 mins long.
While editing and preview playback is perfectly in sync. 1080p render is perfectly synched.
When I render 4k 30 FPS with the option "render as the project" selected after for about 20th min the audio goes out of synch.

Re: VS 2022 audio out of sync issue
2 cams are 4k 30 FPS , 1 cam is 1080p 30 fps.
The project time lime opened after the MCCE edit. While opening the timeline I imported 1 video from a 4k cam and accept the change. So the timeline is the same with the 4k Cam.
Anyway latest update : I rendered as HEVC 4k 50fps, 40 mbps. and the result is ok now.
