VS2022 Ultimate - Lens correction for Samsung Note 10 Plus

Post by cybernick »

I am wandering If there is a resource where I can download Lens profiles for different cameras.
VS2022 has included some old school GoPros by default.
I have a shoot via Samsung Note 10 Plus in wide angle 4K and I need to correct the distortion in edges.

Any suggestion?

Adobe have Camera Raw which is updated on a regular basis, but of course you need Adobe Photoshop Elements/Pro/Lightroom to be able to access Camera Raw

I do not know if there are any profiles available to download, my instinct is no.
You could use Video Studio Lens Correction choosing one of the GoPro profiles that best suits your needs. You can always tweak the settings to customise the profile, then “Save as Preset”
You would probably do the same if you had downloaded any other profile

Thank you for the answers. Unfortunatelly Corel has a very limited third party support.
It is not even close to Adobe even Da Vinci. Very limited add ins, to profile files, no additonal LUTs. :(

I doubt that anyone will have a wide lens profile for a Samsung, but you could create your own.
If the slider limits are not good enough then importing a pre-set profile would not work either.
Are you able to provide a video sample so we can try, at least we will appreciate your problem

I decided to use as it is. I believe it gave an artistic approach.
