Hello
When I select Paste as a new image I get this attached image which when saved appears to have a frame I think?
How do I stop this happening and how do I remove the frames from the images I have already saved?
Thanks!
Geoff
Is this a frame? If yes, how remove it?

Set the Feather of your Selection to zero and uncheck Anti-alias before doing the Selection.
Images saved as jpg cannot be restored to their initial state (all layers are merged).

Jean-Luc
Thanks for your reply.
The above image shows what I get when I crop the original image and then "Copy" and then "Paste as a new image" (CTRL/C and CTRL/C and V). How do I stop this frame from appearing?
It has only just started to happen so I guess I have accidentally chosen some option.
Thanks
Geoff

How do you do the crop? With the Selection tool or with the Crop tool?
If Selection set the Feather to zero.
If Crop, it seems something is broken in your PSP. I suggest that you do a reset:

Hello
I use the selection tool and I made a mistake in my post - I use
CTRL/C and then CTRL/shift/C ..
I will now try the Feather to zero!
Thanks
Geoff
