Freezing & crashing for video studio 2022

Ok, I have been trying to fix this issue for about almost 2 weeks now. I have done everything in the emails & more. I will also include a video of what is going on.
Also, this is also when I am not using google browser as well if it makes a difference.

Before all this, I cleaned out my laptop of old files & things I do not use. Uninstalled & reinstalled the program.

This is the video I did of what is going on. Which I edited within video studio with no issues. I may not be able to reply back for a few days because I'm on long shifts this week thanks in advance.

It is service Pak 3. Corel released the 3rd SP. which fixes errors in applications. When you open the VS 2022 program, a window should automatically pop up with the message install the service then. Click on ok sp3 will download to your PC. then close VS 2022 and install SP3. Reset the PC, open VS2022 and you can work, Errors should not be repeated.

If the window doesn't show you, you have to set Check for Updates, you can find it in HELP. See. a picture.
