Tool bar options disappeared

Tool bar options disappeared
I posted a few days ago about my workspace color always reverting back to light gray after I had selected dark gray. Also a problem with font size not staying on large. I reset PSP2022 to default and that fixed the workspace issue but not the font size issue. Now, another problem has appeared. When selecting the Smart Clone tool, the tool options have disappeared. The options are there for all the other tools. Hitting F4 doesn't bring them back. The bar is there, it's just blank. I reset PSP2022 to default.....again, but that didn't fix it. Any ideas on how to fix it?
