User interface settings won't stay

Ever since I started using PSP2022 I've always set the font to Large but it always changes back to small. When I look under User Interface, Large is checked but the font is small. I have to uncheck Large then check it again to change it back to Large. Now, since yesterday the workspace color keeps changing back to light gray even though I have dark gray checked. I've already tried resetting PSP to factory defaults...that's actually when the workspace issue started. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Did you try a second reset after the issues started showing up? It sounds like it didn't quite take or something got stuck. I realize it seems silly to re-do the thing you just did, and I can't guarantee it'll do any good but it's always worth a second try.

In fact, to make it even more silly. Close PSP, restart your computer, then do a factory reset on the workspace. It'll probably just be a large waste of your time, but give it a try anyway.

I restarted my computer then did a factory reset. It seems to have fixed the workspace color issue, but the font issue still remains. It's been that way ever since I bought PSP2022. It says it's on Large, but the font is small until I uncheck Large, select Small, then Select Large again. Must not be any fixing to it since I've reset a couple of times now. Thanks for the help.
