2023 Crashes when trying New From Template

2023 Crashes when trying New From Template
Well, I was liking 2023 until this happened. I cannot use the New from Template function. Crashes PSP 2023 every single time. No explanation, no error code. It is like turning a light switch off, it just shuts down completely. I have tried all the troubleshooting techniques I can find. Reset Preferences, Clear the cache, Reset to Default, and Repairing the program. The only thing I have not tried is a complete uninstall and reinstall. I thought I would ask here before going down that road.

I have no such issue so I'm of now help here but out of curiosity which version of 2023 do you have? If you go to help -> About you should see it. For example I have 25.1.0.32. I imagine yours is the latest version if you've only installed it recently.
