The actua fixes will be the same as SP2 here

However as we know that pack caused some adnormalities with the program
A hot fix was provided to add to SP2, but as SP2 had been suspended we waited for the SP3 update, If that makes sense

It can be applied. I have already done so, and I believe Trevor/lata has too. It will give you build 25.3.0.584.

Just got a change to do the update from within VS2022 and it did install to build 25.3.0.584
