PSP 22 has been fine up until today. Now when I try to start it, I get the following message:
'Corel Paintshop Pro.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point_crtCreateSymbolicLinkkW could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP110.dll'
I have tried repairing, uninstalling and run a clean up and reinstalled but still get the same error.
My 64 bit version It was working fine recently under Windows 10 so I don't understand why it has suddenly started having this problem.
Any help appreciated.

Corrupted installation.
Perhaps some old program cause problems.
Reinstall PSP.

Now solved!
Turned out to be a problem with in Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 which I repaired via Programs & Features.
