How To Stop Corel PaintShop Pro Adding Exif Data

Anytime I edit JPG images in Corel PaintShop Pro, it adds Program Name exif data to them.
For example, Corel PaintShop Pro 2022 adds "PaintShop Pro 24.00" to the Program Name.

Is there any way to turn that off?

From File -- Save As -- Choose Options -- there is a tick box for Save Exif Information -- Deselect that option

But won't that result in the loss of all other exif data also?

Yes, everything gets lost with that option.
And that option is only available for Standard encoding. For Progressive and Lossless encoding, the Save Exif Information option is greyed out.
