Hello!

I used Ulead Cool 3D Prod. Studio v1.0 a year.I created some cool 3D animations.Suddenly the app crashed.From then I can not execute again the Cool 3D prod.studio.I tried to reinstall the app.I deleted manually the suggested folders and reg items,but I still can not start the app.I have to finish some animations.I don`t know what to do.

Win XP Pro SP2

direct x 9.c

nVidia GeForce 2
I have the latest driver updates...

Have you tried scanning your PC for existing viruses and spywares? These could help. ^_^

Thank you your suggestion.I have the latest McAfee Internet Security installed on my mashine and it updates itself every day.
I deep scan my PC every week with Visusscan,Spysweeper,PestPatrol.Even I check time to time running proceses with Tune up Utility and with HiJack This.
As best I know,I have not any virus or other pest on my PC!
Maybe I will check with DOS scan later,but I`m affraid the problem is somewhere else...
