Hi,
I bought PaintShop Pro2023. I installed it and then I installed my scanner Cannon 9000F with driver and software.
I can scan with the Cannon software, but can't scan with PaintshopPro because I don't have Import (and Export) in the File menu. I did hve those in my previous computer (/ version).
How can I have Import option visible?

You use perhaps the Essentials workspace.
Try with the Complete workspace (-> File -> Workspace -> Complete)
