Support is despicable

Post by Wraiththe »

Hi,
I have been using paintshop pro for what must be over 30 years (jasc.) I also use video studio.

I simply want to say that the support is absolutely the WORST. 9 out of 10 times it is awful... canned responses and what I hate the most is when they contact you, but do not include the original question.
This is a henpecking method of trying to get you to state that the problem is resolved.. when it is not. How is it possible to clarify anything if the actual issue is not included in the email.
Mega curse words come to mind. It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and ANNOYING.

WHY am I doing this to myself. I never have this problem with Adobe.

Yeah, Corel's support is a constant complaint. Anything specific you want to see if anyone here knows?

I personally will be going to Affinity Photo long before ever going back to Adobe. The only reason I haven't yet is the lack of scripting support.

Wraiththe -- I hope you realize that this is a user to user forum, and people like me, Kathy_9 and the Mods are users who volunteer their time to help others with problems. So if you think someone from Corel/Alludo is going to read this, you are wrong. You are just ranting to a crowd of users just like you who share much the same view.

Yes, Corel support has been bad for a long time. Thankfully we have forums like this one for help. Post your PSP technical issue here and see if anyone can help.
