Two Monitor Setup in PSP2023?

OK, I've been running this successfully in PSP2022:

Monitor 1: Edit Workspace

Monitor 2: Manage Workspace

I just rechecked PSP2022 and it is still the way I want it - Good!

But now in PSP 2023 either Workspace is stubbornly showing on just one of the two Monitors. What gives?

Huh! Yes, I had the Dual Monitor display checked - Good! But I hadn't noticed that Preview Panel and the Navigation Panel had been minimized. Once I had moved that Preview to the 2nd Monitor, and expanded Preview, I could then ADD the Navigation Dock.

Back in Business for PSP2023.
