Where are my New Brushes, that came with my PSP2023 UPgrade?

I also upgraded to PSP2023 and followed the above posts from Grazie and Kathy_9 directing users to click on the 'Home' icon and downloading the 'Free' Creative content.
I did this and went through all the 'Free' installations.
I restarted PSP2023 and am now I'm still looking for the brush selection window as shown by Kathy_9's post.
I've tried all the brush type icons on the left tool selection, Paint Brush, Warp Brush, Oil Brush and none of these display a 'Tool Option' strip containing Brushtip 2023 and any or all of those other brushes.
Some please help, installing and finding these PSP2023 Ultimate paid Extras is very obtuse!

If you are not seeing the brush selection window, go to View - Palettes - and make sure Tool Options is checked.

So the selection windows ONLY appears when the 'Paint Brush' tool is selected, not in any of the other Brushes, i.e. Air Brush, Warp Brush, Oil Brush nor Watercolor Brush right?

No, it appears for the Air Brush, Eraser, Clone Tool, etc.
