Hi. I'm not a pro at this program, but I'll give some pointers to start you off.
VS does not have a way to really "remove" logos - if it's your own instagram content, then just use your original footage surely? Manually cloning each frame to remove a logo would do your head in.
Try this tutorial - https://learn.corel.com/tutorials/intro ... -tracking/ it should get you started. along with all the other tutorials in there. It will take a load of practising, but you need to think very creatively.
Why do you want to cover up the social media logo anyway? That kind of defeats the object of things in the platforms and is not a great way to publish to multiple platforms, since each platform has different content layouts that work for that platform anyway. The platforms differentiate a lot and a single way of startign a clip, aspect ratio of clip and clip pace does not work perfectly across the board.

Re: cover text-object instagram stories
Vasilis,
You could make a blur mask to cover the text much like a lower third or tilt-shift effect using VS.
Regarding tattoo removal, you'll need to look into something different because VS is not capable. Professional NLEs carry a bigger price tag because of their pro features. It is what it is, VS is a consumer hobbyist software with an affordable price.
Here's an old tutorial using DaVinci Resolve 16:

Here's how you would tackle it now with DaVinci Resolve 18's new surface tracker:

Hope this helps.
