I have purchased WinZip 26 Pro Edition,
on 27 11 2022 as part of a Video Studio 2022 package When I try to copy and paste to use the supplied reg code for Win Zip , a box from Win Zip27 shows and I get a message” it is for a different version of Win Zip, I will need a new reg code to register this version.
Can you please advise me in detail how I solve this issue

Ken -- you are probably aware that we don't handle WinZip issues in the forums covered here. That being said, I have been trying to find an IP address for a support community for WinZip but haven't managed to find one. Hopefully someone else here can supply that information or even provide advice that will help you.
