Corel VideoStudio 2022 crashes

I just installed Corel VideoStudio 2022 and on the very first run it crashed after a minute showing just the loading screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still crashes after the loading screen displays for a minute or so. Not sure where to even begin to try and get it to work. The support feature on the Corel website seems broken too - the email ticket link does not work and the chat feature never has any agents.

I would uninstall using the cleanup tool
Then go here to delete the 25.0 folder - if it exists.
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64)\25.0
The folder id hidden, so type %appdata% in the search box to get you to the roaming folder.

Then install the program again.
If you do get the program running do not install the update SP2 is causing some quality issues.
