Cannot get ESD URL from server

Upgraded VideoStudio 7 to Version 9 via electronic download from ULead. Applied Update Pack 1 from 8/2005 successfully. But when I try to use Smart Download to get all the extra content, I get the following message:

Cannot get ESD URL from server

Obviously I'd like to get all the additional content before I start working on my video project. And the Ulead website's FAQ's are insufficient, and their 'contact tech support' link appears to be broken.

Any ideas?

I was trying desprately to download as there were no any extra contents availble on the original instalation. I got from other sites the following links which apparantely did not work.
