HI
I am relatively new to editing video and really enjoying my new hobby.
I have a 50 second clip which within it has aout 2 seconds of video where I need to blur out a face . I have tried using track movement to some success elsewhere on these two seconds it struggles. Is there a way for me to edit and blur at a frame by frame level?
Regards

Re: Frame by frame edit
Welcome to the forum!
I am wondering whether you are aware that you can move from frame to individual frame using one of the little arrows directly below the preview screen. Have a look at my attached screenshot. The red arrow is pointing to the arrow which moves forward frame by frame, and to its immediate left the arrow pointing backward will move you backward frame by frame.
You can also extend the video to a frame by frame view by putting your mouse arrow inside the video box and holding down the Ctrl button while rolling the mouse wheel upward (i.e. away from you). Depending on how long your video is you should see in the ruler directly above the video that it now shows you every frame since the ruler should have 0:00:00:00 at the beginning, then one little upright marker to its right (which if there was room would show 0:00:00:01), then 0:00:00:02, and so on.

Thanks Ken.
I have found those controls , so , can I just select and blur within that frame? Theres about 35 frames I need to blur
