Multiple Issues - PSP2023Ult

Hi,

Here are the issues:

1 - Menu bar disappears;
2 - Save and Save As icons greyed out. Can Save when closing the image;
3 - Unable to resize image. Handles appear, but will not move when attempting to drag.

2 and 3 require an uninstall and reinstall.
Repair does not work.

I have the latest Win 11.

Software works for a while, until one of these issues appears.

Happens a few times a week or more.

Have you tried resetting PSP? First, save any workspace customizations you may have made. Then, with the program closed, hold down the Shift key and left click the desktop PSP icon to start it. You should get a message asking if you want to reset. Click OK. See if your issues have been resolved.

I have just done as you suggested.

I noticed the Save and Save As icons are good now.

Will get back within a few days or so to let you know how it went.
