If I save a file in psp 2023, psp 2022 cannot open it.
Anyone else having this problem?

You need to save your pspimage in lower compatibility mode.
Go to Save as, click on Options, and select Version.

Also, please update your profile. You said you are saving from PSP 2023 but your profile says the program you own is 2019.
