It has occurred to me that I already have the filter in the beauty shop — the same place where the tanner and teeth whitener is. If so, how would I use it for this purpose?
Short of downloading GIMP, snagging the filter, and then scrapping GIMP, what’s the best way acquire this filter to do this?
