.vsp to timeline unbundling takes forever (Multi-Camera Editor)

Hi folks,

I am new to VideoStudio. Started video editing in Jan 2022 with Movavi, moved then to Filmora and now added VideoStudio. Love the Multi-Camera Editor, 3D Text and Painting Creator !

Purchased an downloaded VideoStudio Ultimate 2022 on Oct, 31st. Multi-Cam Editor worked fine. Dragging the resulting *.vsp files to the timeline took a few seconds to unbundle it.

I don't know what the precise version was that came with the initial download, but it worked fine. Now I installed an update (probably the recent service pack ?) and the displayed version is 25.2.0.566
Unfortunately the Multi-Camera Editor slowed down tremendously and after dragging the *vsp-files to the timeline it now takes more than 5 minutes to unbundle it. The application seems to be frozen during that period. VideoStudio seems to have slowed down in other areas, too.

My question: Is that a known behaviour ? Have others experiences similar phenomenas ?

And: My workaround would be to reinstall the build from Sep 2022 without the new service pack ?

Because of other issues that have surfaced since the Service Pack was released, it is recommended to reinstall VS2022 without Service Pack 2, whilst we await a response/fix from Alludo

I agree with Robert, and have already reverted my VS 2022 to version 25.1.0.472. You'll be bugged by constant reminders that there is an update to be installed, but I'm afraid you are just going to have to ignore that for the time being.
