No Sound Help !
Hi I am using Ulead DVD movie factory 2, when I try importing pre recorded video from an analogue camcorder no sound comes up at all. I have tried adjusting the settings and nothing seems to happen. Has anybody got any ideas ?
it will help if you post some additional information:
-how are you connecting your video source to your computer?
-list all devices/cables involved in the capture process
-what are your computer specs? (processor, OS, etc...)
-do the captured videos play ok in Windows Media Player?
-what format are you capturing (mpeg-1, mpeg-2, dv .avi, .wmv, other type of .avi, etc...)
-are you connecting anything to your sound card (Mic or Line In)?
-if using sound card -- do you have the corresponding input selected in the recording options (double click speaker icon, select recording, check which is selected for input)
