What Happened to "NEW"

What Happened to "NEW"
You used to click "File" then "New" and create your blank image of any size. It may be in PSP 2023 but I can't find it and need to use it.

Hi Ben and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are in the wrong workspace. Go to File - Workspace and select Complete. You should then see what you are looking for.
