zoom recording files mp4 won't upload

zoom recording files mp4 won't upload
Hello I can upload other videos but when I go to upload the zoom video file that is mp4 it just gets stuck and I lose total control over the program it freezes. I let it run. I updated. I uploaded other mp4 videos. I don't have a program to convert and it's a rather large file almost an hour for free conversion programs. Any suggestions why it won't load? Thank you.

It could use a variable frame rate which is something that VS sometimes has problems with. Otherwise Zoom may use a codec for its mp4 which is not recognized by VS. There could be other reasons why this one video could be corrupt.
If you don't have a video conversion program, some of us here use the freeware program Handbrake. So download that and run the Zoom video through it to produce a new mp4 of it, and see if that works in VS.
