Beginning of file cut off in rendering process

Greetings! I am experiencing a rendering issue with Corel VSP 2022 (regular version). When I render a file it seems to cut off approximately the first seven to ten seconds of the file. I tried a file that rendered properly in trial version, but the beginning is being cut in the purchased version. I have used VSP since version 2 and never had this issue before. Any thoughts/ideas/solutions? Thanks in advance!

Have you checked to see if the left hand trim marker (yellow and immediately below the preview screen) has not been jogged over a little -- see where I have place the small red arrow in the attached screenshot. Or on the Share page, that you have not inadvertently ticked the box beside "Create preview range only".

Sorry for not acknowledging your response; I am just seeing this message. I went back to 2020 because I was having too many issues with 2022, but thanks for your response. And unfortunately I had to work on a file in 2022 this evening and ended up with all kinds of crazy issues. I will make a separate post.

I see that you had the notification option turned off in your Preferences. I have turned it on so you should now receive an indication when you have received responses to your posts.
