I just renedered my project in every Profile until it stopped making noise.
XAVC S MP4 HD (1920 x 1080, 60p, 20Mbps)
I just figured I may as well post it here, just in case it actually can help someone.
MPEG-4 export Audio clipping, clicking, possible fix.

There have been some issues with audio clicks, difficult to find a reason.
Can you give a little more info regarding your project properties and also the properties of your video files, variable frame rates from Iphones have caused some issues with Video Studio for some users.
Yes I realise you have managed to render a clean video using the XAVC settings.
