When closing PSP 2021 and now with opening I get a pop up box that says "Exclusive in product offer" It won't close with the "X" or the "close" box. There is a
"don't show this message again" which when checked does no good. I then have to go to "task manager" to get rid of it.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like it might be a malformed message, you can turn these off in the Help Menu message preferences. I think Ken explains it best in his reply to this topic that also came up today. Which includes info on deleting downloaded messages.
